  • Your order is processed according to our Order Processing Policy:

    • Cutoff Time: Orders before 2:00 PM local warehouse time are processed same business day.

    • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or holidays processed next working day.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and seasonal demand.

  • Customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and taxes.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Hygiene items (underwear, lingerie, makeup, wigs, etc.) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

  • Refunds or exchanges processed only for eligible items in original condition.
