Return and Refund Policy

At Norendi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy outlined below. This policy applies to all orders shipped to the United States.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns without original packaging may not be accepted, unless the packaging was damaged during delivery.

  • Certain items (e.g., hygiene-sensitive products) may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us First
    Please email us at support@norendi.com or call +1 763 339 7319 before sending any return. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

  2. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • Estimated return shipping cost may be up to $35 (or local equivalent) depending on courier service.

    • A tracking number and proof of postage are required to validate your return.

    • We are not liable for lost returns without tracking evidence.

  3. Return Address
    Returns should be sent to our warehouse facility (details will be provided by customer support at the time of return).


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10–30 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.


Replacements & Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us clear photos of the damage and the shipping label.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

  • For lost shipments confirmed by the courier, a replacement will be issued at no extra cost.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing an order.

  • After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

  • To request cancellation, email support@norendi.com with your order number.


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds if:

  • Items are returned without contacting us first.

  • Items are returned without tracking or proof of postage.

  • The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without essential parts.

  • Returns are made after the 30-day period.
