1. How soon will you respond to my inquiries?

We aim to respond to all emails and phone inquiries within 12–24 hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET).


2. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@norendi.com with your order number and the new address. We will do our best to update the information before your order is processed. However, once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee any changes.


3. What is your order processing time?

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) are processed the same business day.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. What are your delivery times?

Once processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–5 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on location and seasonal demand. You will receive a tracking code via email once your order is dispatched.


5. Will my order arrive in one package?

Depending on product size and availability, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If so, they may arrive on different days.


6. What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is unavailable, we will notify you by email. You may choose to wait for restocking or request a full refund for that item.


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order directly through the Track My Order page on our website.


8. What should I do if my order is missing or arrives damaged?

If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@norendi.com with photos (if applicable) and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. What condition must returned products be in?

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


10. Who covers the shipping costs for returns?

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping.


11. Do you accept returns if I simply don’t like the product?

Yes. You may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.


12. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned product. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your account.
